If you use MLS.ca to search for properties, you may not be getting the whole picture. Listings can take a few days to be uploaded from the Toronto Real Estate Board's database to MLS.ca. Not all listings are uploaded and many may be sold already as it also takes a few days for the sold listings to be removed. 

 

The Toronto Real Estate Board MLS database is the only complete and up-to-date database of all the properties listed on the MLS system in the Metro Toronto area. The only way for a non-realtor to access this data base is through our Property Match System, which e-mails the most up-to-date listings directly to you every night.
