If you are using this medium because you do not have an established relationship with an experienced Realtor, at some point you owe it to yourself to work with one. Whether myself or an another Realtor, the range of properties, neighbourhood knowledge, contract law and negotiation involved in a typical sale is sufficiently important that a good REP will more than earn the commission involved. We typically invest 8-10% of our time in upgrading our skills and we invest over $3000 a year in research and technology. Realtors are becoming partners in the process rather than salespeople. Yes, do call or e-mail me, but if you choose not to, please do interview a couple of local Realtors and talk to friends to see if there is someone they can refer.
