Mike lived on Kew Beach Avenue near the lake for 42 years and has witnessed small stores in a quiet community turn into busy shops and restaurants that cater to the city's tourists. Mike attended Neil McNeil High School and Monarch Park Secondary School. He paddled for the Balmy Beach Canoe Club and has competed four times in the Great Lake Challenge with Community Centre 55. Mike has 22 years of real estate experience and 18 years as an accredited appraiser with the Appraisal Institute. Most of his time has been spent completing appraisals for various financial instiutions and real estate relocation companies throughout the metropolitan area. By living in the Beach for such a long period of time and having completed an extensive number of appraisals there, his knowledge of the area will help you, whether you're buying or selling.
