Prudential Properties Plus has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to make
TorontoTheGood.com one of the most advanced and effective real estate sites in
the industry. The site uses cutting-edge technology to integrate listing presentation,
lead generation and direct marketing tools, as well as an advanced Agent extranet
to provide us with the best tools available. No other Broker in the Toronto area
(or even across Canada) has this technology at its disposal.
As well, we operate our own TorontoTheGood.com email system, which offers both
web-based and Outlook-compatible email services.
Technology
Prudential Properties Plus has invested heavily in technology to make our agents
more effective. All our offices are networked with high-speed internet access,
and we have digital cameras, colour photocopiers/printers/scanners to make feature
sheet production easy. We are also one of the only Brokers with a full-time Technology
Manager handling the web, email and office technology aspects of the company.
Exclusive Programs
We have developed exciting programs exclusive to Prudential Properties Plus Agents
including our
VIP News program, which allows Agents to email their Agent open house invitations to thousands
of Agents across the Toronto area with one simple process, and our
PPLS Lead Generation program, which automatically distributes leads to Agents as they come into TorontoTheGood.com.
Open Houses
We make it easy for knowledgeable Buyers to physically view the property through
open house listings on the site. We even provide a map showing the property's
location.
Our open house attendance has increased dramatically. We have between 10,000
and 18,000 visits per month to our Web site.
We encourage all viewers to either contact their own Real Estate Representative
or one of ours to develop a relationship when they are ready. Of course many of
"their own" Res are already one of us as we meet a lot of very qualified purchasers
at our open houses.
Advertising
As a group we have spent a considerable amount of money advertising and promoting
TorontoTheGood.com over the last two years and are being rewarded with increased
productivity.
We advertise in targeted local community papers, have regular weekly ads in the
Toronto Star, and advertise in the National Post. We have also been advertising
for a number of years on Silver Box street refuse containers.
We advertise as individuals in traditional ways, but are convinced that we can
serve our Sellers better by attracting as many Buyers as possible to view their
properties. Operating as a group allows us to dramatically increase our impact
on Buyers through our advertising and marketing efforts. Basically it's the group’s
dollars against individual’s dollars.
Our Internet strategy and our group marketing concepts that support this strategy
give us a distinct competitive advantage that cannot be matched by other Brokers.
