Initial Education
The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA)administers the Real Estate Council of Ontario’s (RECO) mandatory training courses for new Real Estate Agents, which is followed by a 2-year articling period. The course can be taken by correspondence, online or in the classroom. Visit OREA's College Web site for more detailed liscencing information. For those who know they want a career in Real Estate, we can assist with the OREA courses.

Prudential Properties Plus offers its own training and ongoing development for Agents, whether they are new to the industry or seasoned veterans.

The real estate industry in Ontario, which is self regulated by the Real Estate Council of Ontario requires that Realtors earn a certain number of educational credits over each 2 year period in order to maintain a real estate license. The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) offer these courses and seminars. Prudential Properties Plus runs some of these courses at our head office training facilities for the convenience of our agents.
