Our agents are put directly in touch with potential buyers, and work with them to find the right home for their needs. This system increases the number of qualified buyers Prudential Properties Plus agents work with, which increases the chances that one of our co-operative agents will sell your property. The PPLS system is exclusive to Prudential Properties Plus.

We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars developing and refining TorontoTheGood.com to make it the best local real estate site in the GTA, and it shows. Even agents from other companies use it, because of the wealth of information we offer about properties and real estate, including addresses, photos, maps, virtual tours, all the information that you would get on MLS.ca and more.
