Our head office is located at 1052 Kingston Road (at the corner of Victoria Park). This is where all our special facilities for our representatives are located, including networked computers with high-speed internet access, our state of the art graphics centre, with scanners, color laser printers, digital cameras and the most up-to-date software. 

 

We also have meeting rooms where our reps. can meet clients.  Our representatives have the choice of open, private or semi-private offices in light, bright modular facilities, and also can work from their homes. 

 

Located as it is at the very busy corner of Victoria Park and Kingston Road, our office provides a good location to showcase homes for sale.  Many satisfied vendors and purchasers have passed through our doors often seeing something of interest in our windows.

 

This office is where we have our weekly meetings and hold training events in our training facilities, led by owner/manager Michael Manley, Alan Coulter or guest speakers. During these meetings agents are kept up to date on the latest developments in the local and national markets, as well as Prudential Properties Plus operations.

Located on in the heart of the Beach on Queen Street East, near the picturesque Glen Manor Ravine, this office is home to about six of our representatives.

Its real purpose, though, is to provide a location with very high walk-by traffic to showcase available homes in the area and beyond. It is a great place for people to drop in and look at properties for sale, or to check out what's new in the industry. Lots of people do.

The office has work areas of agents and meeting/conference rooms for meeting clients, and is connected to the Internet for property searches through the Toronto Real Estate Board.
