Michael Manley, Owner/Manager
Born in Toronto, brought up in North Toronto and York Mills, Michael attended Baron Renfrew Public School, York Mills High school and Ryerson (in Business Admin).
Michael worked for F. Manley Corporation (distributors) from 1968 until 1980, as Salesman, Sales Manager for Honda, Marketing Manager, VP marketing, President, and President of Kawasaki Motors Canada. During this era he was also the chairman of the Motorcycle and Moped Import Committee of the Canadian Importers Association, and was President of OSDA, the Ontario Snowmobile Distributors Association. He also raced motorcycles and was ranked as Canada’s best in the 500 expert class in 1967.
Leaving the family companies in 1981, he entered the real estate business and in 1996 purchased the Beach real estate business of Family Realty (ex- Family Trust) from Manulife Financial, becoming a Prudential franchise in 1997.
In June of 2002, Michael was elected to the Toronto Real Estate Board as a director, for a 2 year term, and was acclaimed for another 2 year term in 2004 and then again for another 2 terms in 2006. He is past Chair of the MLS Committee and the Emerging Technology and Business Practices Task Forces. In February of 2003, was elected as director, to the MLS and Technology Council (MTC) of the Canadian Real Estate Association. The MTC is the council that is behind MLS.ca and RealtorLink. In 2004 he was acclaimed to a further 2 year term with the MTC and was its vice chair.
Michael is dedicated to use of technology to increase agent productivity.
Alan Coulter, Regional Sales Manager (East)
Born in Dublin, Ireland and immigrating to Canada in 1987, Alan's background is in management in the automotive industry but upon my arrival in Canada, he entered the real estate industry.
As East Sales Manager, his role to provide support and training to over 70 agents in the two east-end offices, and provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
Alan lives in the Scarborough Bluffs area, and likes to play golf and tennis, and ride his motorcycle.
Judy Hume, Regional Sales Manager (Central)
Judy Hume has worked in real estate for 15 years, ranking always in the Top 3 of her company.
Prior to real estate Judy worked as a Head Nurse at The Hospital for Sick Children, but turned to real estate after the birth of her child to have a flexible schedule. With many years of appraising and selling homes, Judy passes on her experience as Central Sales Manager to the over 20 agents in the company's central Toronto office.
Bart Catania, Manager, Queen Street Office
Formerly the owner of Beachview Realty, Bart has over 20 years experience in real estate in the area. Bart sells residential, income and commercial properties and is a registered Market Value Appraiser.
Crystal Baker, Vice President, Operations
Crystal started with Family Realty (now Prudential Properties Plus) in 1990 as a part-time receptionist , and is now the Vice-President of Operations, responsible for ensuring that all the administrative functions of the company are met, and processing the paperwork related to transactions. Crystal also manages the staff and acts as a liaison between staff and management.
Mike Anderson, Web Manager and Technical Support
As Web Manager, Mike Anderson's responsibilities include overseeing the content aspects of TorontoTheGood.com, and managing the TTG email system as well as provide technology support to the company's agents and staff. Anderson's own company,
Wineva Oak Communications, provides web design and technology services to realtors and mortgage brokers across Canada.
